Ancient Nutraceuticals Natural Ashwagandha is a herbal supplement of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera): 60 vegetarian capsules in a white tub from the Ancient Nutra range, labelled Natural Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is the root of a small shrub of the nightshade family and one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda.
Each capsule holds 500mg of ground root, processed at the maker's facility in Sri Lanka. It is a single-herb product with no fillers, artificial colours or preservatives.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with a meal, once or twice a day. Take it in courses: a one week break after every eight to twelve weeks of continuous use. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. The maker also asks you to speak to a doctor first if you take thyroid medication or sedatives.
Storage
Keep the lid tightly closed and store the tub in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
