The Experience:
Our representative from Lakpura will pick you up in an air-conditioned vehicle from your hotel in Colombo and transport you to the ATV Adventure Trail, which is about an hour's drive away from the city limits.
Ideal for the adventure seeker, this ATV trail is secluded within a massive 50-acre forest area. The ATVs are Can-Am, which offers guests high-end (Can-Am Outlander 450 Pro/Max ATVs) all-terrain vehicles that will surely exceed all your expectations. The Adventure park consists of ATV tracks that have been established according to global standards with the assistance of professional expertise.
An experienced English-speaking instructor will distribute safety equipment among the group while giving a brief introduction regarding the controls and how to pilot the ATV. You can then experience a test drive on a training track within the park and get familiar with the machine. You will find these vehicles quite stable and easy to steer due to their four wheels and large treads.
Upon completing the practice session, you will travel along a challenging trail with uneven rocky terrain which may be difficult to traverse. If you find it difficult to steer, you can sit behind the driver's seat, which is available in some ATVs, and enjoy the ride towards Elephant Rock as a passenger. When you get to the Elephant Rock Lookout Point, you will be treated to a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, stretching all the way to the commercial district of Colombo and its suburbs.
We then head back to the main assembly point of the park, where you will be driven back to your hotel in Colombo, completing a memorable ATV experience.
