Experience:

Your Pallawela Waterfall and Kurullangala Rock Hike from Ella will begin at 8:00 am, when you will be picked up from Ella. You will meet your experienced local guide and travel towards the beautiful countryside surrounding Karandagolla.

Your adventure begins with a visit to Pallawela Waterfall, a scenic waterfall surrounded by lush forest and tropical vegetation. Follow the trail through the peaceful countryside and forested surroundings to reach the waterfall. Take some time to enjoy the natural scenery, capture photographs, and relax beside the cascading water before continuing your journey.

You will then proceed towards Kurullangala for the main hiking experience. The trail takes you through forested areas, uneven pathways, and rocky sections as you gradually make your way towards the rock. Along the route, your local guide will assist you in navigating the trail while introducing you to the surrounding landscape.

As you climb higher, the scenery opens up to reveal impressive views across the mountains, forests, and valleys of the Ella region. Kurullangala is also known for its fascinating rock shelters and ancient rock art, adding an interesting cultural and historical element to this adventurous hike.
