How to use
The maker's directions: apply the charcoal to the teeth as a paste and leave it for three minutes, rinse the mouth thoroughly several times, then brush the teeth clean. Because charcoal is abrasive, the maker suggests using it a few times a week rather than scrubbing hard every day.

For use in the mouth only, do not swallow. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage
Keep the lid closed and store the jar in a cool, dry place.
