The tub is labelled Organic Spirulina, and the maker says its spirulina is organic-certified. In capsule form it does not tint the tongue green the way the loose powder can.

How to take
The maker's directions: one to two capsules a day with a meal. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
