Nilagama Estate er havemærket for Pelmadulla Estate, som ligger mellem byerne Pelmadulla og Kahawatte i Ratnapura District. Dette område er kendt for sine enorme forekomster af ædelsten, inklusive blå safir, og menes, at Pelmadulla Estate selv har masser af uudnyttede ressourcer. Højden af godset er mellem 183 ~ 244 meter over havets overflade, med te fabrikken placeret på 189 meter. Godset blev etableret i 1905 med gummi som hovedafgrøde, før te blev introduceret i 1924.
