Jeewaka Aba Thel is plain mustard oil (Sinhala: aba thel, Tamil: kadugu ennai) from the Jeewaka range of traditional Sinhala Ayurvedic oils. Mustard oil is one of the common base oils of Sri Lankan Ayurvedic practice and is used externally, massaged onto the skin.
The small bottle suits home use or travel. The larger bottles suit households and massage practitioners who use oil in quantity.

How to use
Warm a little oil between the palms and massage it onto the skin, or use it as your Ayurvedic practitioner advises. For external use only. Do a patch test first.
Storage
Close the cap after use and keep the bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
