What is not included?
Hotel pick-up and drop are not included, nor are food, drinks, gratuities, or personal expenses incurred during the outing.
What kind of bicycles are in the fleet?
The fleet consists of hardtail mountain bikes fitted with knobby Maxxis tyres. The range includes FELT-branded frames alongside other models, available in multiple colours.
Where is this rental available?
This rental is available only from Ella, in the hill country of Sri Lanka.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing, either by you or your travel agent. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the booking date, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Where a refund is processed by international bank transfer, any bank fees are borne by the customer.
