Bluefield Golden Tips are the buds alone, no leaf: the pack calls them the finest buds of a special clone, which turn a velvety gold from the coating of their own juices. They are grown, harvested and rolled by hand by traditional tea makers, and withered and dried in the sun, for a very delicate, fragrant brew.
How to brew
Bluefield's own instruction for its tips is 20 to 25 buds per cup: pour over boiling water and brew for 3 to 5 minutes.
On the pack
