About this experience

Board your private vessel and set sail across Palk Bay, the sheltered stretch of water between Sri Lanka and India. Over four days, Lakpura takes you through a region layered with Jaffna's distinct Tamil heritage, quiet island communities, and coastal wildlife. Your English-speaking captain navigates the route while breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided on board, along with drinking water and water-sport activities throughout the trip.

Days unfold at a measured pace — explore historic shorelines, spot local birdlife and marine wildlife, and take to the water with included water sports. As a private tour, the schedule revolves around your group alone. Local taxes are covered in the price; personal expenses, entrance fees, and beverages are not included.
