Jeewaka Doba Thel is domba oil in a 25ml bottle, part of the Jeewaka range of traditional Sri Lankan oils. The maker lists it as Domba Oil (දොඹ තෙල්). It is one of the single oils of the Sinhala Ayurvedic tradition, sold here as the plain oil for use on the skin rather than as a blended thailaya.
The bottle carries the old Koskandawala Jeewaka name, which is how the brand is known on shop shelves around Sri Lanka.
