Zesta Earl Grey is a medium-grown Ceylon black tea scented with bergamot, the citrus fruit that gives Earl Grey its perfume. Mildly strong and aromatic, it is the kind of tea hotels serve after a meal.
How to make it
One tea bag per cup and freshly boiled water. Brew for 3 to 5 minutes, then take it plain or with milk and sugar.
