Vendol Aswagen Ayurveda Biscuits are vanilla-flavoured biscuits from Vendol, made in Sri Lanka with ashwagandha powder baked into the dough. Each pack holds four biscuits.

- Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera, sometimes called Indian ginseng)
- Butter
- Atta (wheat) flour
- Eggs
- Cane jaggery (uk hakuru)
How it is used
The maker suggests one biscuit in the morning and one in the evening, with a warm cup of tea, coffee or fresh milk. Do not have more than four in a day. For adults only.

Four biscuits of 25 g each, 100 g in all.
