Jeewaka Asamodagam Spirit (Sinhala: අසමෝදගම් ස්ප්රිතු) is asamodagam water, a traditional Sri Lankan herbal liquid made from asamodagam (ajwain) seed, from the Jeewaka range. It is taken by mouth, by the teaspoon, by adults and children.
The label states that the product is registered with the Department of Ayurveda.

How to use
The label gives a dose in teaspoons for each age group, from six months old upwards, three times a day; for example, six teaspoons from 6 to 12 years. Follow the dose for your child's age printed on the box. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
The label says not to store the bottle in direct sunlight. Close the cap after use. Keep out of reach of children.
