Uva teas are grown in the picturesque tea gardens of the Eastern Highlands of Sri Lanka, at elevations of approximately 3,000 to 5,000 feet above sea level. Uva region teas are renowned worldwide by tea connoisseurs for their smooth, refined taste. These teas are best enjoyed during the season from the end of July to mid-August, which produces the finest of the Uva Seasonal Teas.
Ingredients: Black Tea
Directions: To brew, draw fresh cold water into a kettle and bring it to a boil. Pour the boiled water into a clean, dry ceramic teapot containing one tea bag per person. Use approximately 200 ml of water per bag.
