Ancient Nutra Tutup Bumi is a herbal supplement of Ath Adi (Elephantopus scaber): 60 capsules in a white tub from the Ancient Nutra range, labelled Natural Tutup Bumi. Ath Adi is the Sinhala name for this low-growing plant with small purple flower heads; Tutup Bumi is the name it goes by in parts of Southeast Asia. It is the same plant under both names.
Ath Adi is a long-standing herb of Sri Lankan folk tradition. The capsules hold ground leaf and root from plants grown in Sri Lanka, in a vegetarian capsule shell.

How to use
The maker's directions: one to two capsules a day with water, ideally with food. The maker suggests short daily cycles rather than year-round use. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
