The Experience:
Your tour begins with a pickup from your hotel in Tangalle around 5.00 am, followed by a drive to Mirissa Harbour in an air-conditioned vehicle, taking approximately 1 hours 30 minutes. The boat sets off at 6.30 am for the whale watching expedition. The tour lasts about 4 hours, with around 1 hour spent at the main whale sighting locations.
