Dumbara Kithul and Cashew Spread with coffee, in a 225g glass jar. Dumbara grinds cashew nuts and creamed coconut with kithul treacle and a little coffee, for a smooth spread that tastes of caramel, roasted nuts and coffee.
Kithul treacle is the boiled down sap of the wild kithul palm, tapped by hand in Sri Lanka's hill country and wet zone. Coffee has been grown in the Kandy hills since the nineteenth century.
