Bringing some salt for the leeches, mosquito repellant, and rain gear would also be a good idea. You will be cycling through the rubber plantations until you reach the trailhead near Inoya estate. The surroundings will be rich and lush, and you may see a few rubber trees with pots attached to gather the latex for processing, during your bike ride, you may see some workers. Once you reach the trailhead you will start hiking through the rough terrain of the jungle. The rainforest is rough and slippery with dense undergrowth, and many rare birds and other wildlife. You will reach the Belilena Caves approximately an hour and a half after you began your tour. The caves lie behind a gently cascading waterfall. After approximately an hour you will be hiking back to the trailhead. From there you will be cycling back to Plantation Hotel where your tour began.
