Located about 197km away from Colombo, Lotus Chalets is an eco friendly resort which is about 5 minutes away from the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium. The drive from Colombo takes about 4 hours while the easiest route is via Ratnapura. However, if you require coastal scenery, you can drive via Galle - Matara - Tangalle which is about 255km long and takes about 5 - 6 hours to drive. The Lotus Chalets can also be reached via the central highlands if you are arriving via the Colombo - Kandy - Nuwara Eliya road.
