Yoga At Galapita there are indoor and outdoor yoga facilities.
Swimming The river is usually safe for swimming. Paddling upstream in the pool under the bridge is an excellent workout, while the tiny rapids above and below create natural Jacuzzis that provides great Hydro Massages.
Gemming Gems have been found in the Manik Ganga (Gem River) for as long as recorded history and before, and still the river brings more. Our staff will be happy to show you how to look for them. Good luck!
Tubing Depending on the season and the mood of the river your tube ride down the river could be a gentle meandering one or a hard- core adventure. Either ways it’s a great way to discover the soul of Galapita. Life jackets are compulsory.
Fishing Rathri wewa at Galapita is teeming with fish. Fishing in the gem river is not allowed. Please request from the staff for a fishing rod, to fish in the rathri wewa day or night.
Hikking Galapita has many nooks and crannies that harbour an assortment of wildlife and nature. Walking around is the best way to discover them.
Tree Tops Have a bird's eye view from a tree house. Pillows, mats and other creature comforts can be arranged for you if you should like to spend a night up in the tree.
Bird Watching There are exotic Birds, that inhabit the gardens of Galapita. If you take a walk during dawn or dusk you may encounter rare gray flying squirrels, eagles and hornbills.
