Located in the heart of the cultural triangle, the Resort also offers views of the Pidurangala Rock Temple. Sigiriya is located at a distance of about 169km from Colombo while it can be reached through main roads from Colombo as well as Kandy.

There are a number of dining venues available at the Aliya Resort Spa. The 'Alaka' restaurant serves authentic Sri Lankan cuisine where you can savour the best flavours the country has to offer. Located on the verandah of the resorts Paddy Museum, the 'Nagula' offers guests a unique wining and dining experience featuring Sri Lankan cuisine along with a rustic ambience. Meals are prepared in traditional clay pots on clay stoves while the museum contains century old paddy cultivating artefacts. For authentic Chinese cuisine, guests can head towards 'Makara' while the venue is adorned with mythical golden dragons along with a festive facade.
