Nestled amidst the verdant landscapes of this central region, Aralaganwila is renowned for its unique blend of ancient heritage and natural beauty. The town's centerpiece is the Kiri Muhuda (Sinhala: the sea of milk), an exceptional man-made lake created in the medieval era.
